Install Crew
Job location is in Grunthal, Manitoba. Please do not apply for the job if you do not live locally and cannot commute to our shop.
You will not be bored
When you join our install crew, you'll learn how timber frames come together on site. We’ll teach you the process of safely handling, organizing, and preparing each piece for a smooth and efficient build.
From there, you’ll be part of the team that brings each structure to life, transporting timbers to site, coordinating lifts, and raising frames with precision and care. Working from detailed plans, every connection is set in place with purpose, turning individual components into a complete structure.
There’s nothing quite like seeing a frame go up. It’s hands-on, physical work that requires teamwork, focus, and pride in every step. From the first lift to the final connection, you’re helping create something lasting, one timber at a time.
