Plan, Design and Execute from start to finish
When you join our design and drafting team, you’ll develop plans that drive every stage of the build, working closely with our shop and install crews to ensure each timber is thoughtfully designed and ready to fit together seamlessly. Every line you draw carries through to the final structure.
Alongside design, our project management team helps keep everything moving forward. From coordinating timelines and communicating with clients to supporting production and installation, they ensure each project stays organized from start to finish.
There’s a real satisfaction in seeing a project come together from concept to completion. It’s thoughtful, collaborative work where careful planning and clear communication make all the difference.
Design and Drafting

Collaborate with our Project Managers to produce architectural drawings including plans, sections, and elevations

3D modeling in SketchUp

Create renderings for marketing materials and client presentations

Coordinate drawings with our installation team

Engage with clients throughout the design process via phone meetings, Zoom calls, and in-person meetings
Qualifications

Proficiency in Sketchup
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Communication skills to trade information with clients by phone and email

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

1-3 years experience (or degree in related field)
Project Manager

Meeting with current and future clients

Walking them through our process, and guiding them to find the perfect solution for their projects

Pricing and quoting projects
Qualifications

Background in construction, timber framing, or a related trade

Experience coordinating projects from design through installation

Understanding of drawings, materials, and build sequencing

Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects at once

Clear, professional communication with clients, designers, and crews

Strong attention to detail in drawings, specs, and project scope
Media Team

Shooting and editing video and photography of in progress and completed builds

Going on site to capture content

Managing socials and website content
Qualifications

Knowledge of camera and video gear

Video editing skills for youtube and social formats

Creative and high energy spirit
