Delivered. Raised. Finished Right
WHAT WE DO
Three Services.
One Seamless Process.
We specialize exclusively in the delivery and raising phase of timberframe construction, the critical window where your investment takes shape. Our scope is clearly defined so you always know exactly what we handle.

01
Timberframe Package Delivery
The delivery of your timberframe package is the first critical step in the raising process. A well-organized delivery sets the stage for an efficient and safe raise. Our team works directly with your timber supplier to coordinate the shipment, confirm the delivery window, and ensure your site is ready to receive the load.
Upon arrival, we unload and sort every timber, hardware kit, and accessory component. Materials are staged in the precise sequence they will be needed during the raise — minimizing crane picks, reducing handling, and keeping your project on schedule. We cross-reference every item against the manufacturer's cut list and immediately flag any discrepancies.

02
Timberframe Raising
The raising of a timberframe is one of the most skilled and time-sensitive operations in construction. Our experienced raising crew has assembled and erected frames of every scale — from intimate residential bents to large commercial spans. We treat every raise with the same level of care and precision.
We begin by assembling the timber bents flat on the deck, then lift each section into position using a crane. As each bent is raised and plumbed, connecting timbers — ridge beams, purlins, and rafters — are installed to tie the frame together. Every mortise and tenon joint is driven home and pegged. The frame is continuously checked for plumb and square as the raise progresses.
Safety is never compromised. Our crew follows strict rigging protocols, and all lifts are coordinated directly with the crane operator. We do not proceed until each section is properly braced and secured before moving to the next.

03
Tongue & Groove Installation
The tongue and groove roof deck is the final element of our scope — and it is one of the most visible. In a timberframe home, the T&G ceiling is often left exposed as a finished interior surface, meaning the quality of the installation is on display for the life of the building.
Our crew installs the T&G boards working systematically from the ridge down to the eave on each roof plane. Every board is carefully fitted to its neighbor, ensuring tight joints with no gaps. Boards are both face-nailed through the tongue and blind-nailed at each rafter bearing point. We pay close attention to alignment and reveal consistency so the finished ceiling presents a clean, uniform appearance.
All cuts at eaves, gable ends, and any roof valleys or intersections are made cleanly and accurately. Upon completion, all offcuts and debris are removed from the roof surface and the surrounding site.
